Alice Stern

Alice is a CPD-accredited ADHD and neurodivergent coach with an MSc in Child Development from UCL. She provides compassionate, strength-based support for children, adults, and families, drawing on nearly two years of coaching experience and a decade-long background in wellness and mindfulness.

Her approach focuses on translating complex psychological research into accessible, practical insights. Alice works collaboratively with clients to reframe neurodivergent experiences positively and build sustainable self-awareness.

Coaching Focus

Sessions are holistic and tailored to individual profiles, focusing on:

• Actionable Planning: Co-creating bespoke strategies to enhance confidence, accountability, and daily focus.
• Executive Functioning: Developing tools for self-advocacy and navigating the specific demands of the workplace or educational environments.
• Family Support: Helping parents and families identify a child’s unique profile of strengths and challenges to implement effective home strategies.
• Mindfulness and Flow: Incorporating evidence-based mindful practices to help clients manage stress and move forward with clarity.

Alice is a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her work is grounded in the latest neurodiversity research, ensuring an ethical, reflective, and non-clinical coaching environment.
