What happens after you contact us

We review your message, look at the kind of support you are asking for, and suggest the next best step. That might be a free consultation call, a direct booking with a coach, or a more tailored recommendation if you are deciding between ADHD coaching, autism coaching, executive function coaching, or workplace support.

Our aim is to make the process straightforward. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. Many people contact us because they know something is not working in daily life, work, study, or relationships, but are not yet sure what kind of support would help most. That is fine. We can help you clarify what you need and whether Rikta is the right fit.

If you are reaching out on behalf of a teenager, a student, a partner, or an employee, include that in your message. The more context you give us, the easier it is for us to guide you to the right coach or service from the start.

What we can help with

People usually contact Rikta when they want support with focus, planning, procrastination, emotional regulation, autistic burnout, sensory overwhelm, work performance, study structure, or everyday routines that have become difficult to manage alone. Others reach out because they have recently received a diagnosis and want practical, ongoing support rather than generic advice.

We also hear from clients who are high functioning on the outside but exhausted underneath. They may be managing work, family life, university, or parenting, but only at a very high internal cost. Coaching can help create systems, habits, boundaries, and realistic routines that make life more sustainable over time.

Before you send the form

It helps if you tell us a little about your current situation, what feels hardest right now, and what outcome you are hoping for. You do not need to write a long message. A few clear sentences are enough. For example, you might say that you are an adult with ADHD struggling to stay on top of work deadlines, a university student with autism who is overwhelmed by the academic environment, or a parent looking for support with structure at home.

If you already know your availability, whether you prefer online support, and whether you want short-term help or longer-term coaching, include that too. It helps us respond more precisely and reduce unnecessary back and forth.
