R-ARS-12 statements
  1. I often struggle to stay focused on tasks or activities.
  2. I easily misplace things needed in daily life (e.g., keys, papers, school or work materials).
  3. I often forget what I was going to do or what was said to me.
  4. I find it hard to organise or plan tasks in the right order.
  5. I often put things off even when they are important.
  6. I find it hard to sit still for long periods or feel inner restlessness.
  7. I often interrupt others or talk before it’s my turn.
  8. I sometimes do things impulsively without thinking through the consequences.
  9. I often start tasks or activities late.
  10. I make careless mistakes because I miss details.
  11. I get overwhelmed easily when I have many tasks to handle.
  12. I switch quickly between activities and struggle to finish what I start.
