The Value of Screening for Adults With ADHD
Research suggests that ADHD symptoms can persist into adulthood, impacting relationships, careers, and personal safety. Because ADHD is often misunderstood, many people do not receive appropriate treatment. The ASRS v1.1 can help identify adults who may need a more in-depth clinical interview.
The ASRS v1.1 was developed in conjunction with the World Health Organization (WHO) and a workgroup on Adult ADHD.
